Acceptance
By accessing or using My Sky (the “App”), including subscribing to Eclipse Pro or any other paid plan offered in the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or purchase a subscription.
Subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The build may use RevenueCat to display products and verify subscription status; purchase terms and pricing are governed by Apple and the App Store screens shown at the time you subscribe.
Core App functionality (astronomical calculations, saving settings, on-screen data) is not built on a developer-operated server to store your App content—see the My Sky Privacy Policy.
Paid access
The App may offer paid capabilities (including Eclipse Pro). Features are described on the subscription screen and in App Store materials. Price, currency, and bundle contents are taken from the App Store at purchase.
The developer may change the feature set through updates and reasonable product practice; material changes should be reflected in the store listing and, where appropriate, in the App.
Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation
- Charges are billed through your Apple ID under App Store rules.
- With auto-renewal enabled, the plan renews until you turn it off before the end of the current paid period (often at least 24 hours before the next charge—follow Apple’s guidance for your iOS version).
- Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or the equivalent path on your device / in the App Store).
Free trial
If a plan includes a free trial, duration and transition to a paid period are shown before purchase in the App Store. After the trial, the full price may be charged if auto-renewal is not canceled in time. Exact wording appears on Apple’s purchase screen.
Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple’s policies and applicable law. A direct, unconditional refund from the developer is not guaranteed. For disputed charges, contact Apple Support and, if needed, mysky.app@tutamail.com for coordination.
Suspension and restriction
The developer may suspend or restrict access to the App or subscription for violations of these Terms, abuse, or as required by law. Where feasible and appropriate, we will try to explain the substance of such measures separately.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The current version is available at a stable link (developer site) and/or in App Store materials. Continued use after changes are published may constitute acceptance—check the date at the top of this document periodically.
Intellectual property
App elements (interface, text, graphics, calculation modules, etc.) are protected by law. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without the rights holder’s permission is not allowed except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer
The App and sky calculations are provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee perfect accuracy in every observing scenario and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions based solely on App data. For Sun and eclipse observing, follow eye-safety rules and local regulations.
